CAR RESTRICTIONS:
BANNED CARS FROM THE EVENT:

NO car made from America (This does not apply to Acura, Infiniti, Hyundai, or lexus)

You must make your own design, you CAN NOT download (You can download whatever decal you want from “Search Decal,” to put on your car)

YOU MUST HAVE A JAPANESE LICENSE PLATE ON YOUR CAR
In order to remove your plate, go to the garage section of the Horizon Festival. Then press the license plate section. There will be a remove license plate button at the bottom of the screen, it will say press “X” "To remove plate. (The arrow is pointing to it) The plate you see behind it, is the license plate vinyl i put on the car.
After pressing the “X” button, the license plate came off. The plate you see, is a vinyl license plate. I will talk about this in a moment.
(All of these Japanese License plates came up, by putting in the description “Japan Plate” (capitals does not matter) when searching for a decal.
Go to the garage section of the Horizon Festival, and go to designs and paints section. Go to “APPLY DECALS.” When searching up a decal, put in the description “Japan Plate” “JDM Plate” or Japanese Plate" (capitals does not matter) When putting these words in the description, and searching. You will get a whole bunch of japanese plates to put on your car.
When getting your Japanese plate, put it on the license plate holder. (MAKE SURE TO SIZE IT PROPERLY, SO IT DOES NOT LOOK WEIRD)
There are many license plates you will see, just from searching those three key words in the description ( “Japan Plate” “JDM Plate” or Japanese Plate"). The diagram above, explains the different colors of Japanese license plates. Also, what each plate/text color of a Japanese license plate means
One plate, those diagrams does not talk about is the Japanese license plates with a red slash. These are temporary registration plates, for cars that don’t have a actual registration. In Japan
There’s a lot of fake Japanese plates, when you search up any of the three keywords in the description. ( “Japan Plate” “JDM Plate” or Japanese Plate") But its important to know if you are running with a fake or a real registered plate, when it comes to choosing your own Japanese Plate.
You are allowed to run fake Japanese plates, or even cover your plate with any material you like (You must put the plate on the car first, before you cover it with something), or frame your license plate

THE SHOW:
- During the first 3 hours, everyone will be showing up and going through the parking lot entrance. As everyone parks, everyone will be free to look at each others cars.
AWARDS, PRIZES, AND COLLECTIBLES
- During the show portion of the event, where everyone is just showing off there cars. We will be judging unanimously, on the cars we liked the most from the event. We will have prizes, and cash rewards for the winners.

Winners will be picked by individuality, by how much your car looks the part of your preferred lowered height. OR how it would look, if it was as low as you’d want it to be. We are not picking winners just only based off of height, because then everyone would pick one super low car. Due to this, winners will be picked by how much individuality we see in them. How even we ourselves could see that, if this car was as low as he wanted it to be. Our jaws would be dropped. This is why we made the event, so that you can express your low style. Even if your car is a little bit higher than your own personal preferred lowered height.
Although we love when everyone is showing off there cars, we love drifting even more!!!
THE DRIFTING:
- When the show portion of the event is over, the drifting portion STARTS!!! The host will show everyone the point to point route, that everyone in the parking lot will run. With everyone Turing around at each end of the points. (During the process of everyone drifting the point to point route, do NOT go over curbs or hit destructible idems in game) You will be kicked from the lobby. If you are kicked from the lobby, you ruin your chances of winning. As the results of the “BEST OVERALL LOWERED CAR” will not be absolute until end of the event.

Disclaimer: The drifting portion of the event, has nothing to do with our picks for the winners. As this event is for people that likes low driving activity in general, and not just drift activity. This is why we ask you to not make your car directly drift orientated, unless you yourself would like to that to your car if you owned it personally.
During the whole event there will be EXCLUSIVE plate frames and slap stickers that will be available, for you to download and collect. AS SOON AS the whole event is over, these stickers and plate covers will be taken down from the storefront.
