Hey guys
I recently bought fm6 and was just wondering as to why when i went to update the game it said update size was 3.4gb.
In forza 5 the individual updates were only 550 or so Mb and there have pnly been 3 or 4 fm6 carpacks and they only have 7 cars not 10
So my question is why is the update so big or what content is in there that i dont know about?
I was thinking it would be the mojave test track seeing as its not currently in there.

Updates are cumulative if you log on after multiple releases. There have been content updates for each regular monthly car packs plus a few extras for various fixes.
I understand what you are saying but there have been no track expansions only 4 car packs with 7 cars each 28 cars meaning that the total updat size should be no more than 2 Gb. Bug fixes do not take up that much space.
Maybe the FnF car pack, the 10th Anniversary car pack, the day one patch and a few other things are included but I’m not 100% sure.

Day one update for disc owners was 2.2 GB
October 6: 623 MB
October 13: 99 MB
November 3: 514 MB
December 1: 914 MB
January 5: 400 MB
Since the current update is always the complete version it’s possible that those sizes were able to be compacted a bit with subsequent coding. In any case there have been no track additions from what was announced.
Haha man I just love seeing you post in different forums all sorts of info to help people out. 
I had no clue you even kept track of patch update sizes.
The Mojave test track is DLC for Project Cars not Forza, so that probably explains why you can’t find it
Yes i was quite aware of the PCars track expansions including Mojave test track as i recently bought them after doing the 4.5GB update from not playing it for a couple months.
I thought that was the name or atleast the location of the test track that was in forza 6
Why is my forza 6 update at 1,107% and still going, what is it frim?
