Great additions for BMW month! (V8 LMDh & M4 GT3)
Thank you devs.
Please bring more modern race cars (especially LMH & LMDh)

Hi. Can someone please share a picture of the livery?

3 months later and RT is still broken on Xbox.

Please wait until it drops. Patience is a virtue.

I just put it up there so that everyone can see it. It doesn’t mean i want it ASAP.

Worst and most lacking update since launch.

Are you guys (and gals) even working on this game anymore. This seems like the work of one person over the course of a month.

Fr, they dont care about the game, Pushing out bland and boring updates. So over this game, It’s just a worse fh5 and stuck to circuits. Which they have too many american tracks.

@T10ManteoMax Open class MP races are currently c. 15-17 laps post update (I.e. medium length). However, they are still described as “short” in the descriptions. I assume this is unintended. If so, can it be fixed?

Is there a log for the bug fixes with this update?

Cars are good, but the update is VERY weak. How long can it take to add a public drift meetup? It was promised long time ago

There aren’t any bug fixes. It’s just 20 pages of text about single player events.
Search the page for “release notes” and there will be a link

Maybe this one will actually work this time.

If you know, you know.

Look…what are we doing here, man? There are maybe two cars total that I care enough about from BMW to actually want to play this game to get them, and one of them isn’t even in this update (the E46 M3 GTR). Personal thing, yes, I know, but you pile that on with a continued and pronounced lack of content and care for people who prefer singleplayer, and all of the other issues on top of that, and it becomes that proverbial straw floating towards the camel’s back. I’m trying to give this game another chance, but here I am just a month and a half later wondering what’s the point. Two audio updates and graphical changes? And (unconfirmed) reports that the only bugfix was to keep people from taking wider-angle pictures of their garage homespace? That’s it? When should we expect AI updates and an actual career mode - halfway through Motorsport 9’s lifecycle in 2034?

We can’t clip through the walls of the home space any more.

It was fun while it lasted.

I’m very happy with the additions of the GT3 M4 and M Hybrid V8. The M4 especially is a car that has a weird personal connection outside the virtual realm with me so obviously it means a lot seeing it finally arrive in a non-sim racing game. Admitedly, i didn’t expect the LMDH car to also be added (either just the M4 or M Hybrid V8, not both) but it’s an amazing bonus regardless.

Multiplayer wise, the set of spec series for this update look to be solid as always though i do think it’s time for some fresh new ideas. The ones we get for now are some of the best (modern MX5 and M1 Procar) and while the RCF series sounds interesting, i don’t think random cars would make a good choice for a single make series. For example, why not use the 488 challenge or Huracan super trofeos?
Hopefully the BOP changes for Proto-H work out just fine as before update 16, there was little hope against the V series R in the 963 and the DPi cars are not an option given they are insanely hard to drive.

While the abscence of bug fixes is noticeable (doesn’t mean there aren’t any, there’s probably some changes behind the scences but probably an oversight to not highlight them), it won’t stop my excitement for this update. BMW //M Nation is ready!

Let 2025 commence!

Edit : i just realized a problem we might have with the BOP changes. If how i imagine it is true, doesn’t it mean that we can only effectivly make the setups based on the BOP adjusted car from within the lobbies itself? I know that engine power percentage can be set in free play but i don’t recall downforce and drag being options. If you can then please do correct me.

Where Are the Michelin Tires on the M4?

To be fair, that month was December. Stuff generally doesn’t happen in December.

That being said, there’s multiple items promised in their 2024 roadmap that have slipped beyond their “later this year” window. Hopefully we get some word on that soon because there’s been no info for a while.

The patch notes have no bug fixes, it’s all content, events and meta balancing.

Do the re-added BMW’s have new 3D models?

Meh? I guess I’m no longer in the target market for this title.
