Restarted game and console, still not working.
Cant invite/join on private and feature mp
“invite option” do not appear on the xbox guide (friend list)
When you try to invite trough the xbox party the xbox guide only shows “something went wrong”
This is happening to me and almost all friend (talkin about 50 people)

Can confirm, we’re 9 people and nobody can invite anybody.
Cant join or invite friends to private multiplayer since update today
Almost a full day has passed and Turn 10 did NOTHING. Not even a single community post acknowledging the issue. Makes you really think about the longevity of this game and maybe it’s time to move on.
yes, not possible invite, bug bug
Had to cancel my league events yesterday, due to this bug. We need a hot fix asap.
We’re looking at shifting back to FM7, if the bug isn’t fixed soon… sad.
There’s is no pattern to being able to join or invite I’ve talked to players that are on pc and also cloud playing the game and it’s completely random as to who can invite, host , or join other wise your just waiting till another person gets on and hopefully you can join them. The only reason I get on now is to drift and the only way to do that is in private lobbies. I’ve also noticed when changing tracks in private lobby everyone gets disconnected too, just to add to the frustration of this game.

Seems to be working now. Can’t actually test if the invite goes through but the actual menu for invite works, unlike earlier.
I just tried and this is what i got:
-“Invite to game” button now works on xbox guide friend list, i can now invite to private lobbies and FMP party
-In FMP if i press the “Y” button to open the friend list now i can select “invite party to game” and send individual invites to other friend on my list. also, invites are working just fine
one friend tells me that he also can send invites again.
Yes seems to have fixed it so far thank you for being prompt with getting this issue resolved
Invites are working, only some players can’t join through the gamertag without an invitation, using “join the game” from the gamertag without an invitation …

It’s working now. We have 20 players in a Private Lobby at the moment.
Private multiplayer lobby can open but nobody can Join ?
Since the update dropped, we can not invite other people to private lobbies
and some pc players cant even open the game
Yeah. Also, there is a problem, that you try to enter in Multiplayer and say the mode is unable to play.
Multiplayer participation is still not possible after the 18.0 update (Xbox Series X). Restarting, hard resetting (clearing the cache), and reinstalling FM all failed. I’ve never had any problems starting multiplayer. Only Turn 10 manages to drive me to despair. So many bugs in this game, and now the culmination.
