So I have been recently getting this message whenever trying to connect to horizon life. I am unsure why this is happening as I was able to play online 2 days ago.
I am still able to access the auction house, download paint designs, tune setups and view leaderboards. But anything outside of that just gives me this message.
I am not heavly effected by this but it would be nice to get away from the drivatars.

I am having the same issue. I’ve never sen this before.
I have the same problem and it also started 2 days ago. Playing on PC Win10 build 19041.572
Just went to check my game was updated and even though I had auto update enabled, FH4 hadn’t been updated.
After telling it to update the game, everything is now working fine.
So I guess thats solved that. Just check that your game is updated if this happens to you I guess.
I can confirm this was exactly my problem as well. I haven’t been able to connect for over a week now. I followed Dareacop’s advice and sure enough, there was an update waiting that hadn’t been downloaded. After downloading/updating I can now connect to the Horizon servers once again.
