I know this is more of an annoyance than anything but my ultimate edition crown has changed to the regular one again with the latest update. This happened a long time ago as well. The last time RetroKrystal looked it up and told me I never owned the ultimate edition so I proved it with screenshots. A little embarrassing that they can’t see that but whatever. Already submitted a ticket but thought I’d mention it here in case anyone else has the issue but didn’t notice it yet.
What is the difference between the two?
I can have a look later.

It’s one of those things that makes me wonder what else isn’t working properly in the game. Seems odd for that one thing to be broken. It’s more than the crown obviously, like if they have no record of you owning that edition/content and you don’t have the receipt or screenshots to prove it you can lose that content that you paid for.
They can say that wouldn’t happen but last time Retro answered the thread and straight up said I never purchased the ultimate edition. Not her fault but the system the have set up, the game code, etc., seem to be an unwieldy mess.
