The crown icon next to my name used to have 5 points and now, after I went to series X, it has only 3. I don’t think it effected anything gameplay wise but still curious as to what the two different crowns mean and why it changed. Does anyone know why?
The more detailed crown corresponds to the Ultimate Edition of the game and the regular crown is for people bough vip for extra credits. This has happened to me several times and resolved itself pretty quicky but this time I believe it has to do with the series x upgrade.
Whatever the reason, please submit a ticket at the link below to draw attention to it. For any issue in the game, the more people who submit tickets, the faster it will be resolved.

Your sarcasm is uncalled for.
The first time I brought this up RetroKrystal, the community liason at the time, told me that I didn’t own the ultimate edition and I had to prove that I did with screenshots and my emailed receipt from buying the game. That means that if I had to reinstall I wouldn’t be entitled to that version of the game anymore so it’s much more than how the crown in displayed.

So it just indicates to others that I have ultimate edition, which I do btw, and nothing else? I honestly couldn’t care less if other players know what edition I have.

An explanation was given as the differences in the crown icons, yes, but as for the reason for the change no explanation has been given other than “…but this time I think it has to do with the Series X upgrade.” Sooooo my continued questioning would obviously not pertain to the very clear and definitively answered question, it would pertain to the nonspecific assumption answered one…

Think there is some issue in the Microsoft Store. Something is messed up it shows the Game here on the series x as Standard, Standard via GamePass and Ultimate. Clicking Buy Ultimate it says already own this game on Standard it says already own and via GamePass already own. Clicking on App Details on the xbox it shows all the addons but the FormulaDrift Car Pack with GamePass Icon. In Store it shows some Car Packs ‘already own’ and some with ‘buy’ but they are included in CarPass anyway. Bought the TreasureMap and the ‘Welcome’-CarPack separately in Game and it shows these in OrderHistory extra. On Pc it allows me to install Standard, Ultimate and Standard via GamePass also.
Ingame marketplace says everything owned and treasuremap, dlcs, cars, everything works fine wich is important
Claimed the ‘Forza Horizon 4 Game Pass Bundle’ yesterday thats the only thing wich has no effect but think it only adds the cars to the gamepass standard edition and has no effect here because i already own these cars.
