So whilst I was playing Forza Horizon 4 something caught my attention and i’ve been trying to figure out what it means but i’ve had no luck.
Plays that have VIP get a crown beside their name but I couldn’t help but notice that some/majority of players had a different looking crown because there seems to be a Flat crown icon and a more Complex crown icon, I’m just trying to figure out if this has any significant meaning or if it was put into the game for no reason.
Mine is upside down too, happened after the update. Some players have normal, some are flipped. I don’t know what that means. Someone on reddit said that it is Australian VIP, but I don’t know what he meant since I am from Poland…
Ive noticed the difference too. Im not sure what it means but my crown has like a base to it while others is very plain and simple. Maybe it is to do with what edition you pre ordered?
Could be wrong, but, at a guess, the basic crown is for first time VIP owners, the fancy crown is for multiple time VIP owners. Just a guess, so, might be wrong, but, makes sense in my head.
Kinda makes sense, but there is also a third one, flipped upside down which I have and many other players I encounter on Horizon Life. It doesn’t bother me much but some explanation on this from PG would be cool.
If this makes any difference, I play on PC and this is my first VIP and also first Ultimate Edition pre order.
Basic VIP crown and VIP crown for Ultimate or Ultimate Add-Ons Bundle owners. Had the normal and after the day one patch another. From patch notes, All Platforms
• General stability and performance improvements.
• Ultimate VIP Crown flair fixed.
I am a Brazilian player and bought the Ultimate version before the game left, game since the Forza Horizon 2 and my VIP crown was basic, after a while, I noticed the difference of that too, but it automatically got a bit more complex, with a kind of risk in the middle of the crown and two more tips. But I still have not figured it out.
Once you pass driver level 200, you get a star instead of the number 200.
So 1 followed by a star with a 1 underneath = driver level 201.
1 followed by a star with a 2 underneath = driver level 501.
Maximum driver level is 9999.
i am Level 1, with a little star and a 2 underneath it, next to a crown. this translates to Level 500. i really wished it was just labeled as 500 just to make it easier for other players to decipher at a quick glance.
