Hi, I bought the ultimate edition on release and stopped playing for a while a little after. Before I stopped playing, I got a few of the cars but upon redownloading the game, I cannot get any of the cars. It says they’ve been retrieved but I can’t get them for free, only pay for them?

Yes I’m aware of that but I haven’t even used them once yet. I am right in saying all dlc cars should be free first time right? Just making sure.
Alternatively how can I contact ten 10? Can’t find an email for them but I wanna get this sorted. May as well have bought the cheaper option it feels like.
The free DLC car the first time doesn’t change what you paid for. What cars is this happening with?
If they have been retrieved already they should be already in your garage
I have got the fast and furious car pack and the forza 6 anniversary car pack. It says I have purchased all off them but I can only get the cars for free from those 2. The games shows the cars from the other car packs in the find cars section but I cannot get any of the other cars for free.
Is there any way I can directly contact turn 10 support?
when was the last time that PROPERLY hard reset your console…by that meaning not just turning it off and on…actually pulling out the power cord out from the wall for a lil while

Tried emailing them, got an automatic response saying the couldn’t individually reply to all emails so I doubt I’ll get a reply. Anyone know how I can speak to an actual person in customer service or so?
