Ultimate Edition and Expansion Pass on the PC ...Charged for Alpine Stars, Smoking Tures etc

Hi Guys,

Correct me if I am wrong but I thought with the Ultimate Edition and Expansion Pass I was good for all the existing and upcoming expansions … Today I clicked on Alpine Cars and Smoking Tires as they said I didn’t own them and I was charged for each pack via paypal… I know the pc edition of Forza is a mess but this is getting silly … has anyone else had this problem Also clicked on the 1967 Ford Falcon for $4.95 and got charged for that one as well …
If I am wrong then fine but if not …

Yeh the carpass covered those packs

But you dont need to go buy them separately
They are already available in game at no extra cost automatically …you DO NOT buy the individual packs…thats why you would have been charged
You just need to collect the cars from autoshow from the dlc tile…NOT the marketplace

Maybe you should xbox support and try and get those packs refunded
It should give you a warning that if you own the carpass that you shouldnt buy them separately though…it might have been in one of the 2 confirm before purchase screens

Btw the carpass only covers the first 6 car packs…not the ones that more than likely will come after that
Expansion pass only covers 2 expansions

But you dont need to go buy them separately

I think the problem is worse atm because the game has disappeared from my library on the pc so the only way to get to the game is through game purchases … it’s a trainwreck really. Very disappointing..

Not overly constructive but it seems that microsoft have done a terrible job with this port … all the add ons that should be included in the ultimate edition are showing that I still need to pay for them … currently speaking to xbox support … I may as well be talking to … well you … they are that helpful … heh

You shouldnt need to pay for them
If have the ultimate edition you dont need to go the marketplace at all
You go to the dlc tile within the autoshow to collect your cars

You shouldnt need to pay for them
If have the ultimate edition you dont need to go the marketplace at all
You go to the dlc tile within the autoshow to collect your cars

I think you are getting confused by the menus that you are entering. I play on PC and have not had any issue with the MS Store. But then again I have not got not even one achievement from this game and I have been playing from Day one.
