Actually this is a private forum which is owned and operated by Microsoft, as such there are rules and when you signed up for the forum you agreed to abide by those rules … this thread is breaking those rules. Shame, shame …

You can tell your mother in law that you don’t like her, but never ever tell her that she’s stupid, fat, old or ugly in her own house - you’re bound to get kicked out. If you want freedom of speech, do it outside her house. Now the forums are more or less the same.

It is not dissent they try to stomp out, it is not negative opinions they try to stomp out. If you have a negative opinion about something stick to the facts and do not make it personal. Focus on your opinion about dlc, prices, what in the game you do not like etc

No it isn’t. Criticism and defaming are two different things. One is allowed, one is not. Though it is true that the Forums Terms of Use states:
