As a Lighting Supervisor, you will be responsible for defining and driving lighting techniques to achieve state of the art game content. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with VFX Supervisor, Art Director and Technical Leads to define and implement a lighting solution and techniques to meet demanding visual targets
Participate in pre-production planning to determine lighting pipeline and workflow requirements
Direct the lighting for in-game cars and environments to showcase stunning visuals
Troubleshoot and solve lighting production issues

The successful candidate possesses 5 years of experience in a similar Outsourcing role, excellent communication skills, and can manage cross-disciplinary teams.

The Outsourcing Lead will serve as the main point of contact for the external partner and must coordinate cross-functional internal resources, third party/vendors and involve all relevant stakeholders to successfully execute the program. • Gather new game features and IP wish list from content and design teams
• Assess and communicate risk of license-ability of IP
• Drive negotiation and signing of licensing agreements in a timely manner to support launch of Forza Motorsport products
• Assess legal and financial agreement terms from a licensing standpoint
• Manage internal compliance of contractual terms and requirements
• Work with other team discipline project leads to ensure alignment
• Compile licensing program timelines, calendars, and weekly reports to keep the team updated on contract status and varying phases of execution of programs and projects
• Facilitate collaborative and effective communication between team members across the studio
• Develop process efficiencies & documentation
• Identify risks and drive the team towards successful resolution before risks turn to roadblocks

Preferred Qualifications:

Your unique blend of skills and passion could come from a broad range of disciplines: legal, business development, business operations, marketing, product planning, or project management.

• 5 years of relevant industry experience, either in Consumer Products, Gaming or Automotive industry
• Experience with license agreements and licensed content
• Familiarity or a certain level of experience with the practice or methodology of scrum
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a highly matrixed environment with production teams to make the right product decisions, minimizing costs while delivering quality products on-time and on-budget
• Ability to plan, create and maintain a highly effective production schedule sufficient to manage multiple approvals taking place simultaneously on different timelines
• Experience using, developing or evolving tools to track and manage deals; CRM experience would be ideal
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be a master at conflict resolution
• Passion and energy
• Preference for candidates who can work, or have experience working, internationally, whether in-person or by phone or email on US-based programs. This will include being available at various hours to accommodate partners

Microsoft’s Turn 10 Studios, creator of the highly-acclaimed Forza Motorsport franchise, is looking for an experienced lead developer to help build our next generation of titles across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate would be someone that has a wide variety of skills and experience in games development, and a proven track record of leading engineering team(s) to ship high quality titles on schedule. Excellent technical, communication, and leadership skills are critical. You must be able to work equally well with our development, design, production, and test teams.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in Math/Computer Science and/or 7+ years of professional software development experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience writing C++ code
• 3+ years of experience leading a team of engineers
• Strong 3D & math programming
• 4+ game titles on console or PCE
• Experience developing game client features: UI, Gameplay, Multiplayer, and/or Graphics
