Bug Info: Auto Upgrade feature unlike previous Horizon titles only allows max pi based on the stock engine. Whereas previous Horizon titles would max out pi regardless of what engine/swaps you have put in place.

Platform: Series Consoles, One Consoles, Windows, Steam
Edition: Any

Attempted fixes: Sometimes swapping your engine in the conversion and then autoupgrade issue is fixed, but not always and this fix only works sometimes.
