When loading into the main menu, I get a “Not Connected” message that pops up when I click “Retry Connection” nothing happens, and when I click ‘Free Play Offline,’ a 'Connection Restored 'pop-up appears at the top of my screen, instructing me to return to the main menu to reconnect online. Once I reach the main menu, it asks if I want to restart with my last saved online profile. When I click ‘yes’, it takes me back to the menu start and gives me the same error message as before. I’m certain it’s not my network connection because I don’t have any problems with other online games. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and that didn’t seem to fix the issue. I have a screen recording of the error message cycle if that is of any use.

Was playing Freeplay and “lost connection”. Game doesn’t “restore connection” because of “Failed to download content”.
Restored connection as I was finishing this comment.

Servers are down. All Grey’d out for me as well on PC. This happens from time to time but usually on Tuesdays??
