Hello guys. My problem is the following, I was working on some new logos and when I went to save these logos the game crashed. I logged into the game again and got this message (Image 1)
NO CONNECTION
"Progress cannot be saved until the connection is restored. You can try reconnecting now or play Free Play mode offline.
REASON - Failed to download content
- I choose to play offline, and the message appears on the screen
“Connection restored
Return to the Main Menu to restart the session” (Image 2)
Then I try to connect but without success because I keep getting the message that Could not save the file. And the last message appears…
CONNECTION RESTORED
“Would you like to restart your last profile stored online?”
I choose OK and the first image keep appearing when I try to reconnect. My internet is OK, but failed to reconnect because of the save file crash.
I’m playing on my laptop because I’m on vacation. I can’t load my last profile saved…
I uninstall and re-installed the game but keep me gave this looping messages “Try to Reconnect”…
Need some help…
