We don’t have any known server issues as of this posting but if you experience any issues with connecting to multiplayer or to menus after November 1st please post the details here and upvote the topic so the team can monitor that activity.
As a reminder, rebootng your device and updating drivers often solves connection issues. When posting here please indicate that you attempted this step and if it worked or not. Additional helpful details:
- the platform you’re playing on
- when the issue first started happening and the most recent date you checked
- which menu or event is having the issue
- what errors message text you’re seeing in game, or what you expect to happen but is not happening

It’s been a week since my online profile has been failing to connect, and I don’t know what’s going on or how to fix it. It’s not a network issue, as my other online games work fine. I’ve also uninstalled and reinstalled twice.
I tried all 5 Windows troubleshooting steps for Forza Motorsport with no success.
Still can’t connect to multiplayer in FM
- windows 11
- The issue first started on 10/23/25
- On the start menu, I get a “not connected” message stating the reason is that it failed to download content.
- When I enter the main menu, I receive a reconnection message. However, when I select the reconnect button, it takes me back to the original “not connected” error message.
- I rechecked on 12/1/25, and the issue remains the same.
