The post I responded too was posted same day, also it took you a month to respond to mine so what was you saying about the time it took to respond? 
It’s at the end of the Baja expedition, and in the luchas story, last mission.
EDIT: I take that back, it’s the end of the Baja Showcase, not Expedition.

The Focus RS with the skull on the roof can be photographed in the “Lecha De Carreteras” story, last chapter “Return of the monster ghost”.
And also got the 1963 Beetle in chapter 3 of the Vocho story.
