Maybe a new Forzathon event to remove the float decorations with wreckage skills, revealing the truck inside, which morphs into the MB One FE when a skill chain reaches 1 million total combined.

Same here. Unable to get the game to register any traffic cars. Must be a unintentional bug.

Down to the last 3 cars for me.
It’s been a few days but I’ve yet to get the GTI Traffic car to appear. Also can’t seem to find the ZR2.

Easiest way is to drive the car you’re trying to find (in solo mode). The AI version should show up quickly.

I noticed the same, or it seemed so anyway. If not the same car then the same type of car (Classic Rally, etc.) or manufacturer. Funny thing,…
…I’ve noticed the same in real life. Years ago, searching for my dream car project I’d rarely see one (granted it was a bit of a rare find) but I did finally get it and it seemed like every cruise after that I’d spot another one. One day, like a mirage, I passed an example of exactly what I had been searching for, that looked nearly perfect, like it had just driven out of the showroom. I still notice to this day, if I’m driving car “X” I see more car "X"s and if I’m driving car “Y” so is everyone else lol. Probably just an awareness / perception trick of the mind, but stilll, you gotta wonder… lol.

Weirdly after the latest issue the trafffic were able to be photoed but they still didn’t have the camera icon. just had to recognise the cars and photo them.

The GTI traffic can be seen in the story Lucha De Carreteras - can’t quite remember the chapter though.
Think it’s one of the last 3 - again the camera appears then dissapears in photo mode but you can still capture it.

I’m just here to confirm rumors that you need to be in solo for the traffic cars (at least some, for sure) to register. I tried over and over and nothing, then switched to solo and got them first try.

I did everything online for those, I just made sure to press x to focus and photograph the front grill. Did anyone get the float to work?

Here is what worked for me: pick a car similar to the one you want to capture. Spawn at/fast travel to the Lucha de Carreteras story in the north-east. There are two parking spaces on the right of the street, left and right of a house. Every time I went there, they were filled with 4 traffic cars.
I got the Beetle Taxi, the Golf GTI, The Mazda traffic car, and the F-150 Ford Raptor with one shot. Works a little better in solo mode, but it’s ok when online, too. I fast-traveled between the abandoned airfield in the south and the story location and got different cars most of the time.
PS: Since I don’t own that car (Ford GT “OPI” Edition), Stevio2175’s Super 7 Challenge Card with share code 691 970 465 was the only thing that worked for me.

I found the GTI traffic car in solo freeroam by driving a GTI. Only took about two minutes to spot it.
A tip for those who find the car you’re photographing doesn’t register. Try pressing X (Xbox) / square (PS) to focus before you press the shutter. Good luck!

Thanks for that tip that has already been mentioned several if not a hundred times before on this thread. 
There are sticky camera focus settings, too. I know if you set one of them to 100%, everything is always in focus. Might solve the problem of photographed cars not registering.
