Track pack

It’s pretty obvious when looking at these forums that the Forza community want more tracks - particularly the fantasy tracks we’ve all come to love and now miss from the series.

My question is, how much would you pay for a track pack that brings them all back? Personally, I’d easily pay $20-$30 for at least 5 fan favourite tracks. How about everyone else?

Make it happen Turn10

I would pay for more real world tracks. I have very little interest in the fantasy tracks.

I think I would too. I cringe whenever I race on fantasy tracks though.

Either/or… maybe they could do a real world track pack and a fantasy pack

Personally I wouldn’t buy a track pack simply because the tracks included in the paid DLC wouldn’t appear in public lobbies and therefore would be of no use to me.

It’s even an issue trying to do a private lobby with friends because then everyone has to have the track DLC if you want to race one of the DLC tracks. This is why I think tracks should be free or included with launch.

I don’t mind paying for cars since everyone can still race together no matter what car DLC’s they own.

Good points for sure.

I’m not so sure. Rio and Alps were in the lobbies last time I was in them

but Rio and Alps aren’t DLC

No they aren’t but the free add-ons in FM5 ended up in the lobbies so these could too - I’m not going to argue about something hypothetical though! But yeah i get your point not everyone would have them and I did volunteer to pay earlier in the thread. doh think i’ve just argued with myself

Yeah but free DLC is a bit different as everyone who’s online gets it when the game updates - so not an issue with public lobbies.

Now I’m arguing with myself haha… just want more tracks!

Same, I’d rather a free update for all players so that it’s fully integrated into Multiplayer. The Nürburgring GP circuit suffered in Forza Motorsport 3 as it couldn’t be used by everyone and thus wasn’t a viable track for Multiplayer.

I’m not gonna put a price on it because I wouldn’t want to pre-empt a big one!

I’d pay definitely. I feel with the work involved in track expansions it makes them good value - still no price!

Surely less cost to produce without scanning and licensing for T10 to pay for!

They could release them one at a time with some suitable vehicles - more for us to pay but more profit for T10. And imagine the anticipation if they did it over 3 consecutive months or five/six if that isn’t too ambitious. Or I’ll take three in one go. My favourite would be Sunset Peninsula but I know there are many more cult favourites. Just edited I called it “Sunshine”

That was part of my thinking for coming straight out with the idea for just fantasy tracks. Also so many people have loved tracks like Fujimi Kaido and Camino Viejo etc…

Until Project Cars released classic Hockenheim as a paid DLC circuit, I’d agree that track packs are a bad idea. But some circuits are so good you just want to get to race them anyway, even if just in single player. =)

Gonna agree that fantasy tracks need to go though. All of them. We have Horizon for that now.

I miss the olds tracks off Forza serie but I’ll be glad with any track coming in FM6 .

camino viejo pls

If they’re just fantasy tracks I will definitely pass. I haven’t found one I liked except Sunset Peninsula.

Thinly veiled wish list locked.
