Toyota Celica ‘03 - What’s up with the sound?

Hi,

Now I know that I’m in the minority as not many people particularly care about this but having owned 3 of these cars and currently having a TRD Sports M version I know pretty well what a 2ZZ-GE should sound like.

Why does it sound like someone swapped an EJ20 boxer engine and removed the turbo? It just doesn’t make sense and I was so hyped for this car to release again since it was last in FM6 and had a pretty decent sound. I’m completely disappointed and this will probably fall on deaf ears, but it could have at least received the sound file for the Integra, which sounds spot on in FH5.

What do you guys think?

No expert in car sounds, but with all the bragging in let’s go episode I would have thought it sounded better in general.
FH5 a game filled with disappointment…

I swapped in the racing V6 and RWD to make it a drift car. It actually does very well, if your intrested in trying it.
