Is this going to work? As things are now, events like this in the Fallback playlist do not work.
what do you mean by fallback playlist, why havent you updated

He means these sort of things don’t work in the fallback playlist so are wondering if it may not do so in the proper one too.
Should be obvious they’ve updated when they’re talking about a daily that is in the current season + goes live today.
Someone else seems to be just as lacking in the comprehension department too seeing as they’ve liked your post.
Though perhaps completely unsurprising upon seeing who it is as they’ll support any attempt at making excuses for any issue with the game.

tl;dr - my game’s updated, these things don’t work in the Fallback list so no confidence that they’ll work in the full online one
Almost all the time I play FH5 it’s online, good internet connection, the game’s completely updated.
The Fallback playlist, which is something I am doing right now (rubber band at the moment) can be accessed by anyone by starting the game when there is no internet connection. It’s not related to whether the game is updated, it’s whether it is talking to the server.
All tasks can be done in both playlists EXCEPT in the Fallback playlist there are three daily tasks that cannot be completed if they have already been done in the game:
Autumn, daily 5, “Setting the Scene” - complete any Horizon Story chapter
Winter, daily 1, “On the Same Page” - earn 3 stars from any Horizon Story
Spring, daily 2, “Spectacular!” - complete a Showcase Event
Very early in the game’s life there was a main playlist activity along these lines that did not complete. I recall it got patched but I am not sure if there has been a similar one since then.
Your post wasn’t an opinion, you were just plain wrong and didn’t actually have a clue what they were talking about.
Just finished the Canyon Expedition and the daily checked off.
5 of the expedition’s 6 accolades have the circular arrow symbol on them, and their dates also updated to today. No extra points, though.

How is the Canyon Expedition marked on the map? I can’t see anything marked as Canyon Expedition on the map.
It’s on the east coast between Playa Azul and the Apex Outpost. Filter your map to just show Showcases and Expeditions.

Found it. Guess I was expecting it closer to the middle of the map.

Since i didnt realise it was there when no internet connection as well as not updated
So people play it that way so they can complete 2 playlists each week
Is that similar to how people glitched the accolade points each week
And that is why i asked
But as usual you werent any help

regarding the accolade points, I don’t think the glitch you mention is related to the fallback playlist
some accolades look like they’re supposed to be repeatable as they have a “recycle” icon but most of those don’t give accolade points if done again
most of the accolades involving taking a picture do repeat and most aren’t marked with that icon
the top accolade point scores in the leaderboard are not possible using the “picture” method, is doing it continually from launch (they can only be done once a week) could only have added about 700k to the possible total
I think those scores used a method that got patched

Was wondering if that was one of the ways of repeating…other than the changing on dates as well
Not sure why people did it for a now pointless leaderboard
