My gamer tag is NIGHT420MARE13 and I bought 20,000 tokens and never got to use a single one because today when I turned on my xbox one all my tokens were gone I had 20,100 tokens I called Microsoft and they told me that I had to come here to get help getting my tokens back. Can someone please help me I don’t know what to do and I tried to buy something with tokens but it’s asking me to buy more I’m freaking out please help!!!
Completely shutdown your console by holding down the Xbox One’s power button (not the controller’s) until it turns off. Then, reboot. Also, you may need to utilize an online function in order to trigger the servers to update the token total displayed on your screen. Additionally, if you attempt to make a purchase or use the accelerator feature, this should force the system to recognize your token balance.
In short: if you truly haven’t used the tokens, they are not lost.

This is purely a display issue with the game. Sometimes your tokens may not display properly but they are there. As The Shadow Edge said, quit the game, reboot your console and they should appear.
If you’re really concerned, go into Buy Cars and buy a car you want with tokens. You will notice it works (unless you don’t have enough tokens, but it sounds like you do).
