Hi my gamer tag its XxCuBaN SmOkexX this last sunday i buy 1250 tokens for forza motorsport5 wich is $9.99 i spend some of them but i had some left around 800 and i went to buy my Camaro ZL1 and now they are gone and either i have my car so i call xbox one and they sent me here i hope you guys can help me and return my tokens thank you very much
There appears to be a bug of some sort that intermittently prevents the proper display of token balance. They are likely still there and usable if you try to make a purchase.
Anyone have this happen? I had bought a bunch of tokens last week after finally upgrading to the XBone to help me get a few cars and last night I still had over 1600 and tonight when I log on they are gone. Only thing I did was enter my code for VIP but I’m pretty sure they were there after I did that. Ideas???
Today when I started I had 1350 tokens. I raced two races. I didn’t buy anything. Now my tokens show at “0”. What happened to my tokens? I bought 1250 tokens when I bought the Forza 5 Limited game!!! Thanks John

They come and go … give it half an hour and they’ll show up again.

If you try to buy something with tokens (e.g. a car or xp accelerator) the tokens will show up again,
Its a known issue, they just dont appear but they are there - if you havent spent them on anything

You can just go into your forza profile on the menu and go into badges (or any of the tabs there) and back out it will fix itself

Thanks everyone. I appreciate it. I can’t even find the menus most of the time. Is there a button on the controller that gets one to menus?
I haven’t played in a while, but I know I had lots of tokens. I turn on the game and it says I have ZERO. I guess I’ll wait and see then.
Just try the methods described above and you should be fine
They come and they go. Usually they go when I’m having trouble connecting to game lobbies or the multiplayer server.
My Tokens keep disappearing, one minute they are showing next minute they’re gone. Anyone else having this issue?
It’s probably related to the server issues today.
I Also have the weird Token Issue, I Have 1,350 Token’s, & Sometime’s it drop’s to 0… I asked this before & was told the best way to get it to re-fresh/scan for you’re Token’s, Is to Be Online, & After or before a race go into the “Race Accelerator” Hit “Y” & It should Re-Fresh you’re Token’s, I Think it Re-Fresh’s Every time you go to act like you’re about to make a transaction, but it’s worked for me so far!
I Also didn’t know if it was cause i had a Replacement system sent & changed main system’s!.. a DRM Kind of Issue, But it still keep’s happening even with the DLC On the “Replacement System” Now! & Off the Original System that was very noisy & had dvd drive issue’s. Wonder if it was the System Jump that caused the Token’s to start “Appearing” & “Disappearing?” 
It happens to everyone - it is a problem with FM5 and will need T10 to fix (if they have the time).
I just turned on the game and my tokens are missing I didn’t even use any of them I had 100 and now it says 0 someone please help
its been covered a lot on here, some sort of glitch think something like they are still there but not showing up. so i think you can still spend them. try the search for more info

They never show back up. Had about 370.
Anyway to get them back oh and i did reinstall forza to see if that worked. Nope
