Toggle for track lights

Hey

One that should hopefully be pretty easy and quick to implement: could we have a toggle to turn track lights on or off? Sometimes you just want to go to the Nord or Le Man and just drive in pure darkness aside from your headlights, or just cruising.

Only problem is that the headlights in this game are extremely underpowered, they only illuminate things 25-50m down the road. They don’t even illuminate more then two brake markers at night.
