Today, a Forza rammer told me why he pushed me out of track

That’s the chat between a rammer and me after an R class multiplayer race… It was Catalunya full circuit, last lap, the very wide and long turn 3. He entered at the inside line. To avoid any potential contact, I drove the very outside line, it was like more than one car free space between him and me. But somehow right at the middle turn, he swerved towards me and pushed me out of the track… I got 0.8 second penalty for off-track and he got 0 penalty (as always) for pushing me out…

I still managed to pass him but what surprised me was that in the next corner, he did not try to send me out… Eventually I finished 2 seconds ahead of him. He spared me in the next corner making me wonder whether he is a rammer and why he destroyed me in the previous corner, so I messaged him, and above is what he said…

What a jabroni

Maybe forza could give us all 1 review per 200 races or something
A once in a great while ability to send them a snapshot of a penalty/ramming violation

Not to nail the person doing it so much as to give us all a way of reporting inconsistent application of penalties like this so they can fix it. I believe they are doing this with some social media people, but would be nice if we norms got a report button even if we can only use it once ever few hundred races or something.

I dont know why they give the report function to content creators. They never play the game anyway. They gave functions to Rory to try to appease him and he hasnt played the game since.

They would get much better data from people who actually play the game daily rather than those that just get on to make maybe a video a week.

The Driver’s Code

  1. Everybody Can Drive – The road is open to everyone regardless of age, gender, race, sexuality, or nationality.
  2. Drive Cleanly – Whether it is your first time on the track or your 1000th, you owe it to your community to drive a clean and fair race with no unsportsmanlike conduct on the track. Aka, no intentional ramming!
  3. Drive with Integrity – Honorable drivers are fair and don’t use any cheating/hacking to gain an unfair advantage on the road with race results, credits, or XP**.** Drivers who don’t follow the rules will suffer repercussions.
  4. Drive with Creativity – Customize your car liveries however you wish, as long as they follow our UGC rules and are appropriate to be viewed by drivers of all ages.
  5. Enjoy the Drive – Remember that Forza is a game, so have fun, be a good sport…

So, make the lobbies based on safetyrating or put damage on, or penalty for rammers!

Point2 says it all!!!

This happens because most people like your opponent know that they won’t get any penalty in this cases. Indeed the car on the inside line is always protected, even when the driver voluntarily pushes off another car on the external line, without leaving room to it. Unfortunately the FRR aren’t advanced enough to handle this specific case. While waiting for improvements, I carefully avoid to stay side by side on the external line of a turn :joy:

Because they do it for optics and marketing purposes, not for the players or quality of racing.

he Obviously doesn’t care nor have any Respect. ramming is also against Xbox’s & forza’s community guidelines i encourage to report players that Don’t Race Clean & those who break the code of conduct to everyone reading this if your in game chat remind them they are breaking the Xbox code of conduct to see if they stop https://support.forzamotorsport.net/hc/en-us/articles/360035563914-Forza-Code-of-Conduct guidelines Xbox Community Standards | Xbox
