Tire wear multiplier for Private Multiplayer (FM)

I’d like a multiplier for tire wear (and fuel) in the private multiplayer options.
Featured multiplayer got that (forza touring cars).

Those who have race the spec series have noticed that tires wear approximately 4x faster than they do in the builders cup and in private multiplayer. Giving league organizers the ability to manage how fast a tire wears off can accelerate interesting driver and pit strategies and overall lead to better racing

Never seen a racing game that includes tire wear and fuel use that DOESN’T have this, at least not in the past decade. Insane that it wasn’t included at launch.

This is desperately needed, but we need to be able to multiply fuel and tire wear separately, and have a broad range (x0.25 to x20 or something) so that we can tailor races to what kind of strategy we are looking for.

The multiplier isn’t in a bad spot for the length of the public lobbies, but if they just give us whatever that multiplier is as the only option, it won’t be that useful for private lobbies.

Really it should be available in Free Play too though, so single player people can also create strategy races… Especially since there are none in career mode.

When they mentioned tire compound choices where in the game I figured by default use multiplier would been a Givin.
Still no rolling starts too

100 percent agree but would also like to mention bring back private online lobbies that other online players can join giving the player full control on track and weather tires and fuel etc.

This is a must. It allows you to have a better experience on short races. More fun and more strategicall

Why can’t we settle Tire Wear in private?

Update 3 did little to increase tire wear.

Please, either make it as online mp or give us a multiplier similar to the time multiplier in private lobby event setup.

Every feature/option in Featured Multiplayer should be in Private Multiplayer as an option, including this one.

Yay, this is coming today in Update 8, thanks for that.

  • Introduced a Tire Wear Scale option to Free Play and Private Multiplayer, allowing adjustments to the rate at which tires are worn. 1x is the default value. At 2x, tire wear will occur twice as fast. Values range from .5x to 10x. This setting is found in the Event Setup Rules tab and in the Fuel & Tire menu when on track.

Question that hopefully @T10ManteoMax can find out for us, what is the multiplier set to in Featured Multiplayer? My guess is it’s 5x.

I think it’s 6×.
[Don’t have any info, just guessing; but you can use telemetry HUD and compare it to free play]
