I believe the sensation that I am feeling that is achieving this awful FFB curve is tire shudder. I have noticed that it is not a feeling on most tracks or even in most cars, but I have noticed it being incredibly obvious on Maple Valley and Spa.
I am on a Moza R9 with a CS wheel, and I have tried numerous Moza Pithouse settings, but I have also attempted to eliminate this issue by dropping almost every FFB parameter within Forza to 0, individually, and I cannot find a solution.
See screenshot below for one of the worst places I’ve noticed it at Maple Valley, along with the FFB curve.
Have you tried reducing Vibration Scale in game? I’m on a Fanatec CSL DD and i find that setting vibration scale to anything higher than about 20 gives that horrible feel of driving over a washboard any time you understeer.
I’ve had vibration scale turned to 0, no change.
After the last update the ffb is off, feels sharp and it feels like the cars have square tyres.
The ffb was the only good thing about the game 
The new Ginetta is almost undriveble for me and the new Acura is not much better! On Spa it is terrible

You must have a low bar for good FFB. I started using a wheel on FM7 and spent weeks dialing in the FFB.
Forza Horizon games? Not worth using a wheel.
New Motorsport? Awful FFB, everything looks the same as FM7, but adjustments definitely don’t carry over.
Assetto Corsa Competitzione: takes 2 minutes to dial in (far fewer things to adjust), and it feels great.
I do not have a low bar for good ffb! Its the opposite, for me it’s the most inportand thing in a race game, thats wy i like playing tis game (not anymore) dispite of all its faults. I spend months making my own rim for the Logitech dd pro!
But have you tried AC or ACC?
Objectively far better FFB.
Yes, i like the Acc ffb, not much different with my first experience with the new Forza motorsport (before the update) the ffb on a wet track is not good in Forza motorsport
Overall i must say Acc is better 
but on a dry track i liked Forza motorsport more (before the update)
