Tire choice for drizzle weather, wets or softs?

I really wish we had intermediates as an option for tires. I know GT cars only have wets and race slicks. But drizzle weather on softs is kind of squirrely, but slower on wets and more controlled.

What do you guys prefer for a wet track that’s not raining? Or does it depend on the track itself and the car as well?

I take the softs and hope it dries up.

It would be nice to have some kind of live forecasting. Maybe race engineers coming on the radio to suggest a tyre change, or ‘rain in x minutes’

I tried that the first time and then after I saw an ark coming by with doubles of animals I realized it was a bad choice and had to restart the race. Now I choose wets out of concern for the next flood.

+1 Won’t make that bet again.

I use hards on the wet. That way I have an excuse when I take out everyone.
