Since I’m an endurance racing enjoyer, I’m going to suggest races based on time limits in Horizon where you can go racing within time limits from 10-minutes to even 24 hours.
Even though Horizon isn’t built for endurance racing, I’d want to see an option for players to race within time limits instead of number of laps. And longer endurance races of 12 and 24 hours should be adjusted to increase payouts depending on number of hours. This will be overkill if done badly but at least Horizon having endurance racing should provide extremely hardcore Horizon players an incentive to grind through.
Even the shortest of all should be 10 minutes, slightly longer than Motorsport’s, to prevent players from short-circuiting the events. I feel like 3-minutes is too short for an “longer”-tier race so I decided to suggest the lowest limits.
