I’ve had a few races this afternoon and so far the Noble seems like it’s going to be popular. I’m going to experiment with a few others, and hopefully have some quality racing tonight.
Me and a group of league racers spend a few hours last night working on what we thought would be a good car for the exotic league, we all grabbed a car each I chose the noble m600 tested in stock form and figured out the areas it needed improvements in. Whipped up a tune and ran it for 15 laps round Sedona and Mazda progressively improving lap times, adjusting tunes accordingly and have come out with a pretty awesome tune. Its been shared so just search my GT and test away. Have fun guys & gals. See you in the lobbies tonight.
I’m finding this league awfully frustrating. Each car has its own weird characteristic which makes it unpredictable and difficult to drive. Hopefully I can find a better car that works for me.
The brake pressure feels a little too low for my tastes on that setup I was using, otherwise the 650S is pretty nice. The Ford GTs and the Noble seem quickest atm.
Not a fan of mid engine cars on this game as a result of the rapid weight transfer in the physics engine. I feel like setup-wise you either have to go for rotation at the expense of oversteer on entry, or you have to settle for stability with mid-corner understeer.
Why is it that if you try to “Buy a Car” while in the C Class North American Ghost League you are limited to only a handful of cars? I understand that what you are shown are North American cars in C Class but there are numerous other North American cars in D and E Class that could be selected and then upgraded to C by purchasing a tune. Is it because there is not enough time allowed to buy a car and purchase a tune during the intermission? Or are we expected to leave the lobby and then return once we have purchased and upgraded another car?
