Precisely…a GPU with 4GB VRAM is low-end given current offerings. I replaced my PC 2 years ago and the GPU in that (a Sapphire 280) with it’s 3GB VRAM was top-end when I bought it in 2013 and was archaic. Anything less than a 1060 is low-end…even the 1060 is on the lower end, albeit still functions well
Dude, do you realize that you dont even need more than probably a 90X to play the majority of NON AAA games today, right? do you realize that “AAA” games doesnt exist today, right?
In what world is a 1050ti a low-end gamma card? forget about the RTX line. RTX cards are basically incredibly OP to play any single videogame today, and yet, companies know it but they still sell bloated cards to ignorant gamers who think they need the best of the best to play videogames today lol.
Ignorant gamers still dont understand that,unless you play on a 4k screen, you dont even need a 1060ti. So, no, obviously a 1050ti is not a low-end gamma card. You just need to aply logic and stop being scammed by companies into the believe that you have to buy way stronger videocards than what you really need.
For someone who only play games that “require” top gamma cards on a 4k screen, for idiotic reasons, sure a 1050ti is a low-end gamma card. For the rest of people? not even close.
Talk about an unoptimized game… I’m having so much issues with this game, it’s unreal, the massive FPS drops, the performance degradation after 1-2 hours of gameplay, and the specs ain’t that bad, while I can play many other games on high settings (ultra isn’t really necessary imho).

Fh5 requirements stepped op a lot compared to fh4 while graphics isnt that improved that much. 1050 TI was capable of running the game at medium/1080p et 60 fps while in fh5 you have to set to low. The problem is Fh4 medium graphics are much better then Fh5 low. This clearly indicates Fh5 optimization is worse then Fh4.
My friend used to play in FH4 at ultra settings with a 1050ti. Not a single fps drop. The only thing he didnt change was the AA, since the AA in fH4 is also terrible, he was only using 2x.
With a 1080 lol, you should be able to play at EXTREME settings in FH5 without sweat. I know it because i do it with a 1660GTX. lol.
But as all we know, when a game is not optimized, it can work pretty fine on a lower gamma pc and work like trash in a top gamma pc.
I feel I should fact check this a bit… I used to have a 1050 Ti. Here is how it ran on my old system at the ultra preset. It certainly couldn’t maintain 60fps so I used lower settings. However, it could run the game decently at 1080p, just not at ultra. FH5 is indeed more demanding (without any obvious reason why as it doesn’t look any better).
Ultra… min 39fps
High… min 61fps
(IIRC I used a mixture of medium, high and ultra settings in the end, before I upgraded to a much more capable GTX 1660).
A GTX 1050Ti is a low end gaming graphic card and it was a low end graphics card for beginners when it was introduced by Nvidia in October 2016. AMD had only one gaming graphic card with the RX 460 beyond the GTX 1050 Ti regarding price and performance.
Even Nvidia called the GTX 1050 Ti a beginner’s graphic card for gaming. Of course Nvidia had cheaper GPU but that was the GT series and not recommended for games.
And I really don’t want to see a GTX 1050 Ti sweating on FH4 in ultra settings in full HD where a GTX 1080 is working with 80% load. At least not with a decent framerate of constantly 60 fps… no way!
BTW FH5 only runs smooth without Anti Aliasing on a GTX 1080 in full HD - and to be honest, that really looks terrible. Even if I don’t wear my glasses…
So now way any GTX 1070 could handle a 4K game without stuttering.
Sure, and if we waste months (literally) doing liveries and what not, the game could last for a decade lol.
People looking for a racing ARCADE game are not going to start studying tracks and whatnot lol. The fact that FH5 is plagued with failed and terrible gameplay mechanics is enough to guarantee this game is not going to last more than three or four months. People will leave, and they will return to see the expansions.
Like many did in FH4 (and FH4 is way better than FH5, so imagine…).
Cars? are you serious? you get literally a car every twenty seconds in this game. Its ridiculous. Who cares about rewards of the playlist anymore? all the cars come and go many times, and not because they are from the playlist means they are better or people like em more than other cars… after two months, most people already have many cars that are rewarded in the playlist already… hahahaha.
But again, the main problem are the gameplay mechanics that prevent many many people to actually enjoy the game. Thats all you need to avoid playing and wait for the expansion.
I play on PC and XBox One X. The PC loads much much faster. The load times on the XBox are really long. Usually when I do tuning/upgrading and stuff I do it all on the PC because it loads everything so much faster. I don’t even have it installed on the SSD though.
I do not on PC but Xbox series x i do not have any of these problems
WoW is like what? 20 years old? Of course it loads quicker. Wow ran fine on max settings on a Pentium 4…
Agreed I have never storage 3060 vintus X3 with a Ryzen 7 5700g and the game still runs slow as hell
