tested on my ks8500 , i’m pretty sure this method is gonna work on other sammy tvs.

turn on your hdr first ( it doesn’t matter you are on pc or game mode at this stage )

run the game and make it sure the hdr is actually turned on horizon 4 (sometimes you need to re run the game couple of times for this)
3 - 1 if you were on the game mode , go to pc mode with turned on hdr and put it back to game mode.
3 - 2 if you were on pc mode , just go to game mode with hdr turned on.
p.s
no matter what you do , you will get washed out color on pc mode.
the only way you can make this game’s hdr color correct is game mode in samsung tv.
