Sync loop and Forza Support ticket loop

Im on xbox. I have no idea what happened. I haven’t played in a while and I reinstalled the game again to play with a friend and the game is forcing me to start over. I remember a few months ago I had trouble syncing save data with some other games. I have been switching accounts accross multiple consoles lately in order to play with my wife and I remember getting an option when starting certain games to choose between console save data or cloud and I think I chose console at some point. This caused some problems when I ran out of reserved space in the middle of playing skyrim and I did some troubleshooting that I found online and deleted the reserved space. I finally was able to change it back to cloud a couple months ago but I don’t remember how. I tried to start FH5 today and it was syncing and then it just stopped. I didn’t press anything and the syncing just doesn’t seem to work. I can still see my save data when I go to manage game but I’m still being forced into the intro sequence.

Someone please help me. I had so much stuff. I’m worried I lost everything and I’m livid right now because xbox, Microsoft, and turn10 have HORRIBLE support systems that DO NOT WORK. Someone please help me.

The support system is not working. I am in an endless loop of signing in and clicking on creating a ticket.

What browser are you trying this on?

Can you to sign into the forza support site with a private browser tab. (Or Incognito window)

Can you try clearing your browser cookies then signing back into the support site.

Keep syncing. If you had a lot of stuff like you say, it can take a very long time. Mind you, I’m not on Xbox but rather PC but in my case, it could take 40-45 minutes sometimes. It will often look like it’s not doing anything but it turns out, it is and is just very slow.

same here though i played recently.
Got banned 2 days essentially because Xbox gamebar for pc crashes everytime i invite from ‘looking for people’ after creating a post. So I sent a message to an applicant to look at map and join race and to ‘follow and friend me so it makes it easier’ ? = Banned 2 days, anyway i think that what it is for. After reserch

So, with these 2 days off i though i woukd try to reregain access to my Club as i did a year or so ago which unfortunately happened only ounce, I met a new Club member i did not know i had a week or so ago so…trying to well, not go insane, first of all.
I dont expect anything from support nor should anyone.
i use Brave browser. i guess that might be the problem.
Well, ok 2+ hours in just to submit a ticket and counting.
Not going insane is the key here, nothing else matters.

Can you try clearing your browser cookies then signing back into the support site.
