I have ran into a dreadful problem, my save is not being loaded by forza even though when I click Manage Game on forza and move to the right it shows my save which is a 66mb file i tried to delete it from the xbox console and resync but it keeps giving the same error with error code “Try syncing again or use the game or app offline 80004005” I have contacted Xbox over 4 times they are clueless and I have tried all there solutions, resetting MAC address, removing profile etc etc…
Can anyone please help I had completed all the career races and over level 250+ on online.
Xbox support are a bunch of monkeys with telephones. I had to talk to 3 different people for a total of an hour and a half just to have all 3 of them tell me to do the same things that I told them I had already done. Then at the end they were like oh sounds like you need a replacement console. I was like really I’ve been telling you guys this for over an hour now.
Seems like they just have a stack of cards in front of them that they just flip through hoping one of them works.
Before going into a panic and trying to “fix” things, check your Settings/Network and the status of Xbox Live. There are currently warning about “gaming and content.” The issue may have nothing at all to do with Forza Motorsport 5, but on the Xbox side.
Support is at forzafb@microsoft.com via email, and it takes days for an answer because of all the people sending emails over and over. If you write and get an automated response, you’ve gotten to the right place. Then you need to have patience while emails are prioritized, assigned and investigated.
Thanks for that I emailed them and got the automated reply so just waiting for the real reply. Also I know Forza was doing maintenance yesterday but I highly doubt it affects syncing?

Of course maintenance will affect syncing. The maintenance requires pulling the servers offline. Without the servers online, what are you going to sync to?
If you reset your console to factory settings, you have wiped out any connections to anything which may be stored in The Cloud. That’s where Forza Motorsport 5 is hosted.
You “might” attempt to recover your gamertag: Xbox Support And, “maybe” that will resurrect your information.
HOWEVER: This is currently an Xbox Live Service Report up.
No the cloud save stays my console gets wiped. This means when I re-installed the game all I had to do was re-sync from the cloud which gave me the exact same error. Also I have already deleted my profile and re downloaded it for your information.
