A while back there was a thread on this forum, about communication, how the players and the powers that be, could easier submit ideas, tickets, suggestions, general feedback, and we were very much encouraged to submit support tickets, and we were promised feedback, Right, so far so good.

This is a list of tickets, each one containing a seperate bug, each one of them described in detail, each one with a video link attached showing the problem, and me explaining in plain english, what is going on, and how the bug appears.
In short, i have spent quite some time, bug tracking, recording, uploading, and then creating tickets, in order to help, but also make the game better for me.
Now here is the problem,
Not one of the above tickets have gotten a reply, not even the ussual copy/paste ‘Your ticket is placed on ignore, and we will not notify anyone if we happen to fix it’ message.
Not one of the videos have been seen, according to youtube.
You want us to help you help us?
How about showing a little ********** ********* interest in what we rapport??
At the very least you could show the common curtesy to acknowledge that the ticket was rapported.
