SuperfastMatt’s Offroad Viper

Sure its just a lifted viper on offroad tires you could just take one of the vipers in game and just put the very weak rally springs and offroad tires on it and call it a day but that is not cool.
But this has a lot of trial and error of engineering and designing the suspension to fit with the sports car.
