I have seen a couple of other people with this problem and with no answers. I am in the same position where I complete an adventure (win or lose) and I receive zero ranking points. As such I am level 20 with 0 points. I won 5 adventures in a row earlier with no ranking reward (credits and influence were awarded as usual). Any ideas?
Even though my team wins (with anything from 3-0 to 3-2) and I sometimes finish first in some of them, I still get NO points what so ever in ranked. I’m stuck on rank 20 with 0 points, no matter how much I win. Any advice?
I am having the same issue. I’m stuck at rank 20 with 0 points. I’ve done maybe 7+ ranked sessions since finishing qualifying and I have never moved past 0. My team has won some and has lost some. I’ve often finished in the top 3 and still nada.
My guess in server side sync problem.
By the way, anyone know weather the rank is actually started during your 10 qualifying races?
I can remember after I qualified, I was rank 19 not 20, so if you lose most of your qualifying, you might start with -XX points (hidden rank 21).
That is not shown properly.
So take it serious with qualifying, don’t think it is unranked and ruin your team. This is not free roam sight seeing section.
I did take qualifying seriously. I finished in the top 1/3rd in almost all the races. I paid attention to my position because I thought ranking was done by individual performance and not overall team performance. I don’t remember how well my teams did in qualifying.
It seems weird to only use team results for scoring. It seems like that methodology would encourage more aggressive driving like shoving people into stone walls our out of check points. If someone cleanly passes a car and stay ahead of them then they get 100 points. If that same person shoves someone out of a checkpoint and makes that person drop back multiple positions then other members of your team may get ahead of them and give your team more than 100 points.
In my experience the higher ranked people are more likely to be aggressive. The ones I’ve played with sub 16 rank wallride and will shove at you aggressively even on straight aways.
Yes, you can see your ranking score during the first 10 qualifying races in the Xbox app, if you go to Achievements in FH4. League rating is one of the things you can compare against your friends.
I’m also stuck on rank 20 on 0 points, played about 20 team adventures, won about half. I also submitted a ticket but no response, does anyone know if this is a bug/known issue?

The following is based on my experience in playing over 250+ ranked adventure games and collaborating with convoy mates and opponents for input:
Even during your 10 “qualifying” matches you are still winning/losing ranking points (you just don’t see it in game). If you lose all 10 of your qualifying games, you could be at say negative 500 points and it may take you a while to get back into the positives and start gaining ranking because each loss will send you further negative and each win will bring you closer back to positive. Also keep in mind, if you won 5 and lost 5 of your qualifying games you may be close to 0, if you won 10 and lost 0 you would probably already be at around rank 17 and be well on your way with a positive score.
If you quit, abandon or disconnect (even if it wasn’t your fault) from any of those “qualifying” games you probably got penalized even more and lost a greater amount of points than if you had finished the match, therefore it will take an even greater amount of wins to get back to a positive ranking points. Also keep in mind if you quit, abandon, or disconnect from a qualifying match then it doesn’t count toward a completed qualifying match and that is one more game you had to play because it takes 10 matches fully completed to finish your qualifying and to get a rank score. If you quit a lot you could in theory have 20 losses and still not be qualified because you didn’t fully finish 10 matches and you would be in an extremely deep hole that you will have to dig yourself out of.
The good news is that if you are negative you should lose less points for a loss (unless you quit a match early and get the abandonment penalty) and you should win more points for a win. The amount you win or lose is based on both your individual Rank Score and overall Team Skill Rank (at the very start of a game it will show Team Skill Rank and a number under your Team Red or Team Blue name (unless you enter as an Adventure Team of a full 6 person Convoy, where it will then display your actual team name rather than Blue or Red, this is also how you get your team to the ranking leader board, by completing a game as an actual team with no random players), this only occurs on the first screen at the start of a match and you don’t actually get to see your opponents Team Skill Rank, but you can somewhat infer what theirs is based on their individual rank scores, except that the guys still qualifying wont actually display their current rank score till they finish their qualifying matches). If you are on a strong team the number will be higher, if you play against a weak team you will be awarded less points. You can even be on a losing team and still gain points if the opposite team has a significantly higher skill point total.

Same issue, tickets submitted with both developers and MSFT. Still cannot figure out if it is netting -XX (Disclosed in game as 0) or actually glitched at 20 since I have one several in a row now and no movement. Hope it gets fixed whatever it is.
I used to be Rank 10 (although the game also said I was Rank 11 sometimes, which is a whole other complaint…) but I qualified for this series of Team Adventure, and it now says I’m Rank 20. Somehow I dropped from Rank 10(11) to Rank 20 in one qualifying game (that was won!). Losing all that progression is definitely off-putting.
Those points system is just broken completely anyway. Time to wait for the update in January I suppose…
