I am having the same issue on ranked racing but not on ranked anything goes.
I’m still having this problem, stuck on rank 20 for ranked racing (anything goes is fine). I got a response to my ticket and they told me “Rank 20 is the max rank”, which is clearly wrong.
Are others still having this problem, and/or has anyone had it solved? I got no help from support, unfortunately.
Same problem here. No one managed to fix this? Clearly many people with same problem. It’s stopped me playing Adventures. 
Support are either ignoring this issue or they don’t know how to fix it. After my ticket was marked as “solved” I queried it with RetroKrystal and I got the same response “Rank 20 is the max rank”.
This customer support is probably the worst I’ve ever experienced - take months to get back to you, don’t fix your problem, then palm you off with false information.
The delay in a response was due to the support team having to deal with a increased influx of tickets which was unexpected. However to quicken future responses, Turn10 have hired an additionall support team member to help these. We are constantly try to make this process easier and quicker for you all.

Ok, since you’re there, can you give a straight answer on this? People are stuck on rank 20. It’s a bug. There’s no point reporting it as you don’t deal with it.
So, are you investigating this issue? Or can you at least acknowledge it?
Same issue here… submitted a ticket. Did anyone’s ticket get resolved?
Both my tickets closed and marked as “solved”. The problem hasn’t been resolved though. Basically they’re not going to/can’t fix it.
I got a reply saying you can be in the negativ points…
So thats probably the whole problem of the issue. I got the reply from the support confirming that and wanted to share this since it wasn’t cleared up so far.
Anybody still have problems qualifying for ranked adventure? I’ve won many games but it’s not counting my progress, very annoying that they force you to play a game mode and it doesn’t even count please fix this haven’t been able to get past this and I’ve been having this problem for over a month now…
