Hey I bet almost everyone that watches street outaws and plays forza want something like this but this is how it will go down.
We will meet on Saturday, March 29 at 7:30 EST. There will be a top 10 list and it will be sorted the best at one. We will have a 10 way bracket of random people raced on silverspring 1/4 mile. The people that lose face other losers. And winners will face other winners to see who is fastest and the slowest. I will debrief everyone there about who they will race. The rules are no manual with clutch. No Hennessey, RUF, Alfa Romeo, Maserati, Caterham, Lotus Esprit and E21, Ultima GTR 720, and any other cars that are of that kind, if you have a question about a car or anything else ask i will check and respond to them everyday. We will be going off brake lights. You have to make your tune not buy we will be able to tell if it is bought. And no hitting, there will be redoing them if the person is not ready and you go.

The first 9 people that join get in the rest have to wait till the next week where you will race the gate keeper.

easy guys , not trying to pick and poke but if you allow brake boosting then you should technically allow clutch slipping as its done in real life too… but enough of that c/s bs lol… but what i meant is how are you going to handle if 9 people show up with the same car wont that make the list pointless?
on a side note what does 1 one mile drag lb position prove?? to be honest its relatively easy to set a 1 mile drag time using your own tune … awd check same car as 9,000 other people check 900 hp minimum check, see how that works .

This sound pretty similar (read EXACT) like the event we run every Saturday night! Not saying you copied us just saying your late to the Street Outlaw party! Lol
And I agree with Reaper…to make it fair you should allow manual with clutch. If you allow brake boosting you should allow clutch slipping. We don’t allow either but it’s your event and your rules so good luck too ya!
i have an idea what if i race your guys top 5 with mine when mine is established just liked in the show . For example I will be Cali and you can be OKC.
Lol Kru, There will always be copy cats but we will always do it better. Yeah we had some bugs to iron out at the start but after last week even with a bit of lobby lag the races went down really well.
@ JDM the only way we can race evenly is if we had the same rule set. You are allowing AWD and RWD. We are running Front Engined RWD only and only cars you would see at the strip.

thanks but i am racing it like all cars can come except the cars that run close to sevens but i do go to and i do drag race but i like seeing underground racing the most. they also have the fastest gallardo in quarter mile and half mile so they rule street racing. so i am trying to get that tx14 feel. if u dont know what it is look up TX13 on youtube i already have 7 people
I singed up for that but it never happened so I created one with my own rules so it is realistic. Also you can’t clutch slip in real life me and my dad drag race and it will blow out your transmission. THIS WILL HAPPEN. I will probably already have 5 friends that will participate so if the tell me they will race but don’t say it on the forums they will get in depending on when you sign up. I already have 2 people.
Considering our cars run around the 8.8 mark at their fastest on the strip your Rear engined RWD’s and AWD running close to 7’s will of course win. There is no competition so no real point even discussing it.
Our league is based more around the TV show.

Ok, i have to step in on something. Ive clutch slipped the hell out my cars in real life when i raced on the street just to keep wheel spin at a minimum. not at the severity as in some people do on the game. But i never once “blew out” my transmission and ive done it for years. ive gone through enough clutches to keep a company in business. beats the hell out of the shock from dumping the clutch, now that breaks transmissions.
brake boosting on the other hand, depending on if its auto or manual, has different effects. in manuals its no different then slipping the clutch. for automatics, you can burn up a torque converter pretty quickly and/or flat out burn up the transmission, especially if its not setup or built to take it.
