Still unable to change radio stations

Is it just me or is anyone else still having issues with this?

If its not just me, the fact that its still a problem is mind-boggling.

Might be a left field suggestion, but did you confirm the button mapping?

Not had any problems with it - playing on Series S - controller & G920 wheel

is the issue consistent or intermittent? because occasionally I can’t change the radio station at all until something loads or time passes for some reason

if you are using streamer mode, you loose the ability to switch radio stations and only have the streamer approved music.

Having the same issue. Im on a series X, Ive tried the basic controller and the Elite V2, and have checked/changed button mapping… no luck

some story missions are locked to 1 radio station only. Why? who knows

I can confirm that it’s turning off streamer mode in Audio settings. Had the same problem. Uninstalled/Reinstalled, cleared cache etc etc. Soon as I flicked Streaming to off, Block Party came straight on…

I’m also having this problem… I’ve tried all the usual solutions with no luck but on my Xbox Series X I changed to another profile and was able to change radio stations… so it must be something account specific

This is going to sound stupid, when you’ve said you’ve tried all the ‘usual’ - have you checked the suggestion a few posts ago about streamer mode?

I did try that suggestion, as well as the others, and I am still locked to one station…

Fair enough - it was just the suggestion, then the post above yours saying this worked for them. The ‘usual’ was a bit vague, so just wanted to check. I’d log a support ticket - as you say seems strange it works on some profiles. Include whatever you’ve tried already when reporting - hope they can help.

Just realised you’re not the poster I was replying to - still I’d go ahead and log a ticket - I guess the more reports the more likely it’ll get prioritised for a fix

I can’t change the radio stations on PC and I’ve already tried all kinds of solutions and nothing…

This issue is listed in the Identified & Investigating section of the Known Issues list. We’ll have to wait on progress for this issue as well as the others in that list.

For what it’s worth I’ve never encountered this bug and I often switch stations. XSX
