i had the rubber band system for xbox 360, i loved it, i am prob gonna go for it again since both thrustmaster and my old one broke really easy. So i find it will be easyer for me to rip apart and fix the rubberband system and throttle springs, AND re-saughter a new button out of a controler onto the motherboard in the wheel. Judging on that quality i would not want to spend the extra for force feedback for it seems like it would be alot harder than replacing the bugiecorrd which was not too hard to do.
