Honestly, it doesn’t feel right without them on those classic Chevy cars. Does ‘SS’ really represent profanity? No! Actually, I don’t even understand why they were removed in the first place.
100% agree. As someone who actually owns a '69 Camaro Super Sport, I am offended that the car in-game is not an accurate representation.
It feels wrong to use it even though I’d like to because every time it zooms in on the front of the car I’m reminded of what is missing.
I already believe censorship is a terrible idea in almost every context, never mind this which seems to have no good reason.
I actually like it on some cars like the 2014 Chevy SS which now has a nice cleaned rear.
At least give us the option to shave emblems. That would be a cool and unique feature for a racing game!
It was removed because SS is banned in several European countries (most notably Germany) for what it represented.
Super Sport?
So basically because of people who don’t even play the game we don’t have accurately badged cars.
Meanwhile in Need for Speed Unbound (2022):
Honestly, our Camaros should be like that again.
Well then… Looks like I’m late to the party. But… why not? I for one agree that the Super Sport cars look silly missing the emblems. The Chevelle SS454 looks like it was ripped from GTA XD
We all know its a SS in the first place. If you take the badging then its still a SS. They didnt have to remove them, nobody looks at Chevy and think Austrian Painter Freinds
