It was there in my gifts and when I went to press download it vanished and now I don’t have it - how can I get it?
Did you actually check to see if it was unlocked? The message disappeared for me too after I viewed it but the suit was there.
go to the driver gear section, it may be there.

I had a message mentionning i had to go and download it but is was already unlocked/available. Then deleted the original message, no issues since.
I had to restart my game
The name of the item is “STAY FROSTY”. It is Legendary with the inscription “There’s a certain magic that comes with the very first snow.”
I have checked and I can now see it, cheers people.
