I went to put on the Lucky driver suit and it is showing that it’s locked. My gamer tag is AbaddonMantis66 . Please resend if possible. Thanks Rob

Make sure your NAT isn’t restricted or Moderate but Open.
Follow online guides/protocols on how to open NAT.
Make sure your Router has UPnP Open if you don’t use port forwarding.

The other profiles on my system have it unlocked, just not mine .

I don’t know if this is tied to the Hub Rewards issue, but I never received the Lucky driver gear gift for St Patty’s Day. I received the gift message and it said it was downloading. However, it’s showing as locked in the driver gear list. Please advise.

Additional info: My son, who has a secondary account on the Xbox (mine is the primary) received his Lucky driver gear. He downloaded his gear first. Could that have something to do with it? This is reminiscent of the Forzathon issue where I couldn’t see the challenges but he could.

It’s not a big deal, but if it’s a bug still hanging around, best to squash it now before it manifests itself into something worse.

I forgot to mention that my driver changed gender when i went to put it on.

I had the same thing happen. Is your account the primary? My son dl’d it before I did. He has and I don’t. Reminds me of the Forzathon snafu from last month.

It’s the primary account. All secondary accounts have the suit ,just not mine.

Hi, On St. Patrick’s Day I received a message in Forza Motorsport 7 saying that I received the lucky driver gear as a gift. I tried to download the gear and nothing happened. The message disappeared and the Lucky Driver gear never downloaded to my game. The Lucky Driver gear is still locked on my game. Can you please resend the download message to me so I can download the free gear that I was supposed to receive?
