When do you get the forza loyalty rewards when u start the game? Pls help

Hi there - I really hope this isnt a stupid question but a quick look on google cudnt find me the answer.

I’m Forza Hub level 11 so I shud get all the driver gear when i 1st start fm7 like i have today.

However none of at it all has unlocked. I’ve done the intro races and the 1st propa championship (hot hatch) but still no driver suit rewards at all.

How does these become unlocked please?

I dont mean all the driver gear in total - i mean all the forza race suits which shud be unlocked based on my forza hub reward.

Was the 1st time ive ever loaded the game as well - ive not reset my save or anything - this is my 1st save

All sorted now - sorry for the post - weirdly took 2 resets for them 2 work. duno why 1 reset didnt do it but hey ho im happy now. Mods can close this thread down if needed.
