Option to change offline ingame time

There have been some people complaining about the longer darkness. Me personally, I enjoy it. It is good for head to head races and street racing. However, it would be nice to change things up. There could be a time change in the gameplay menu, to set the desired time. For example: it is night. Go into the gameplay menu and set the time to “afternoon”, and the screen could change to say “Changing Time”. There could also be an option to set “Natural Time”.
