So im new to this game...is this common?

Hopefully when the games for gold for xbox one kicks in…along with the sales for gold thing when forza is cheap some of my mates will buy it and we can have lobbies ourselves

You can build up a pretty good block list pretty quickly if you’re resourceful. Once you’ve come across a few and blocked them bring up the list of people you’ve blocked (in the friends menu, oddly), and check out the uploads of people on their friends list. Birds of a feather tend to flock together. The game auto uploads a clip when you roll a car and you can pretty easily see a Range Rover or whatever SUV half flipped in the still shot. That’s a pretty good indicator you can just throw them on a block list too. Why wait to meet them if you can save yourself the time? I do make sure it happened online by looking for the names popping up from voice chat. Just use good judgment and make sure it’s legit trolling as best you can. Don’t want to affect rep if it’s from tag or goofing off in career or free mode or something. It’s pretty easy to tell. You can search YouTube too for Forza trolling but that only got me like 5 names for a couple hours work. The friends list thing moves pretty quick.

No collision racing has drawbacks, but It’s better than the utter frustration of trying to drive in collision lobbies. To me, in either hopper, the true winner is the racer who ran the best clean time.

depends on what you mean by clean. if you mean by not wrecking people or other cheating fine. but if you mean no triangle because someone drafted off them…and its fastest lap average not single lap

It’s not the norm for me. I’ve happened across some great racers on here.

The facilities put in place to get rid of the maniacs seems to work well too.

To be clear: this isn’t an issue specifically related to Forza Motorsport. Any racing game with an online component experiences the problem of those who choose to play the game differently from others. What you’ll see follow is a laundry list of proposals the correct this; each will have some sort of flaw and we’ll be back to square one. The only way to mitigate the problem is simple: get yourself a list of like-minded racers built up and start launching private lobby sessions with those individuals you can trust. Even then, if they don’t play by the rules … use your host authority to boot them.

That said, welcome to Forza Motorsport!

All it takes for these hooligans to straighten up is the good ole ban. And you need to be extremely aggressive in dishing them out T10. This is not a joke. Do it and the number of hooligans will drop. T10 You have no idea the level of stress these honest players go through. Please don’t tell us you’re not doing anything. You can even ask a group of players here at the forums to help you (T10) get these guys and we’ll do it with passion and diligence.

Just send Snowowl a P.M. or XBL message if you see someone. He is the dude to talk too, helped me out last time I came across a crash team.

Good point. The community moderators can deal with crash teams. But, that kind of thing is nothing new. My first encounter with crash teams was playing TDU2 on the 360. As the British wound say, “What a bunch of tossers.”

this… is… the best news I heard this week lol. thank you!
