I know it doesn’t mean a whole lot, but ahh I want that 5000 ranking in online skill level.
Currently sat at 4993 and slowly creeping up.
Anyone else there?

4132 for a few weeks now. Once they work out how to stop giving penalties to the person who gets hit while properly apexing a turn, I pay more attention to it.
I’m in 4700s and seeing as ill regularly be 5+sec behind pole I’m guessing I’ll never get there haha
When you get to 4998 you’ll struggle, as apparently you basically need a lengthy 100% win rate against the few 4999 and 5000 players that are already around.
Good luck though.
Currently setting at 4998. I never actually tried to boost my rating and I only win at most 30% of my online matches… Usually finish around 2nd to 5th. I race open class lobbies and GT class around 50 to 50. Open class lobbies feel much easier than the GT class lobby. In GT lobby when there are more than 15 people, I usually find one or two players who are significantly faster than me. I am not sure how this skill rating is calculated and what it means to matchmaking… Online rivals show my real poor skill, as I tried many R class rivals tracks and have been consistently 2 seconds slower than the leaders (you can see may lap time there).
Good luck, if I’m not wrong u need to have 100% win ratio vs players with 4999 to get 5000 (I think it was min 10 races won vs 4999 in row) getting 4999 is easy tho, u just need to win races.
I can see it now, you get to 5000 and forget to take a screengrab then go to the next round, get rammed from behind and incur a penalty, back to 4998 and your mates don’t believe you made 5000
I thought you were shooting for identifying 5000 issues in the game
Rookie numbers.
Hello Akatoyaa, i know this is very off topic, but i can’t find your tunes on Forza Horizon 5. I was looking for a purist/clean tune for the Audi R8 5.2 V10 (2013) all the tunes i find are with widebody and or spoilers. Thanks in advance.
I believe it doesn’t matter what ratings other players have. If you’re at 4998 and beat a bunch of low rated players 2 to 4 times in a row, you will still make it to 4999 pretty quick. How do I know? I tested it myself 2 times.
I’m also not sure if a 5k flat rating is actually possible. The only “proof” I could find is this screenshot, don’t know if it’s legit tho.
@GreetedDust8 is legitimately quick.
Screenshot I posted is apparently photoshopped. I don’t think anyone has ever achieved a 5k rating.
All my tunes are deleted due to ban, and I don’t play horizon anymore, it’s like board simulator, if we compare it to motorsport
I gotta get quicker out of the corners, too much wheelspin is what’s been hurting me. I’m always faster on the straights. been hanging around 4800 for a while and occasionally, I get close to 4900 but then end up in a bad room and my score takes a hit. The penalty system is probably everyone’s biggest opponent.
Edit: currently 4871
Where im at currently been as high as 4991.
I don’t qualify in races. I think that helps towards the skill rating.
I’m not in the Discord that’s mentioned in this, so can’t verify further. Looks like he boosted it with a bunch of 4999 drivers (for science), which is possible if you party up as a group.
From my own experience I know that if you have a group of 7+ people and you enter matchmaking at almost exactly 0.00 to go, you’ll almost always end up in a “private” race with no randoms.
Achieved by GreetedDust8 in late October. He had to beat a lobby of 4999 rated players 22 times in a row, then lost it back to 4999 after getting P2 once. He also tried getting it in public lobbies (by matchmaking alone), where he got around a 56x winstreak and was not able to get 5K.

Thats sounds excessive lol
Based on the above I’d say S/4999 is the reasonable cap.
I think the highest I’ve gotten at one point is S/4995, but lately I’m around S/4800.
I tend to only race with my Club now though, we have a pretty wide range of skill and safety ratings, which impacts my “earning potential”.
Not bothered either way, there’s no leaderboard and there’s also not enough concurrent players for meaningfully effective matchmaking. Also I only race with my Clubmates (and any randoms that get in).
