I’ve just set up my TH8A shifter, and had to bind shift up/down to it (using it sequential). In doing so I lost ability to use my Fanatec’s paddles which is a pain if I want to drive a formula/GT type car. Is it possible to have both set up? Thanks.
Not at the same time. You can only have one button assigned to a function. I don’t know of a game that lets you assign 2 different buttons to the same function. There might be one but I have never ran across it.

What about in H-Gate mode, as those have different bindings… I can use either/or then, right?
Yes, you can use the paddle shifters on your wheel and the H gate on the TH8a. I am doing it now and it works very well.
Thanks. I guess I’m switching it back to the gate then. 
It is pretty good though since half the cars in the game would be H on the floor. it always felt a bit weird using those cars with the paddle shift.
