I’m a firm believer that public lobbies aren’t as bad as people make them out to be, and that it really comes down to hopper selection, awareness, and of course some luck. I was hoping to see clips showcasing good racing.
Any videos showcasing something in the form of battles or tight racing moments.
Kicking it off with a multiclass lobby @ Nords. Ended the clip short when it became a hotlap session finishing in P2.

Reporting problems (with picture & video evidence) is not about “nEgAtIvItY.”
It’s about promoting improvements.
Deliberately trying to counter such reports with “PoSiTiViTy” seems like an intentional effort to dismiss those reports, lower the priority for improvements, and hold the game back from progress by saying “it’s not so bad.”
Do we want more improvements, or do we want to just wrap a pretty bow on this as-is & call it “good enough?”
This forum has a Troubleshooting Hub, a Suggestions Hub, an “Insiders Program,” & various official requests+polls for info on specific issues, all supposedly setup to collect feedback for improvements - and such feedback should not be mischaracterized as “nEgAtIvItY” or “tOxIcItY.”

I appreciate you posting this! It feels great to get in a lobby full of good drivers who stick it out to the end no matter what place they end up in. Races like that are usually a lot more clean and respectful.

What kind of camera do you use? I’ve uploaded some of my replays from races and haven’t found a camera option that can do the same angles. And replay replays are very laggy for some reason, fps varies between 18 and 35. Does anything in this game work as it should?!

I needed an excuse to start dumping my replays in here. I use shadowplay to record and it’s never consistent (and sometimes causes frame chop) so I’m just going to record my replays and post them here
It’s better than what I do right now, which is nothing… they just get overwritten once I’m bored of them
It’s the “rail camera” option, the first one after “game” camera.
It will auto-pan according to direction changes and corners. A little too much imo… but you can control panning and distance with the left joystick, and height with the right as well as some minor directional aiming. It’s really wonky though bc the auto-panning is so exaggerated

Yes, I got one, I waited for ages to see if I could be the ring and after days I got to do a ring race and I was in A class and won and I won overall and I was so happy. I saved the replay and it said it succeeded but it did not save.
I was in 1st but 1st S class guy was just faster so I let him passed, on lap 3 his tyers had gone and so I was catching up but 2nd S class guy was catching me and close so I just went for it and pass for the overall lead with about 15 seconds spare.
It was the same race you had shared!

I started in last place (22nd) & gained 19 positions (without any penalties) for a spot on the podium in a 5-lap Featured Multiplayer Touring Car race at Hockenheimring National.
Same car+tune I used in Patate’s Hot Lap Series (event #6) that got me in the top 60 on the Rivals leaderboard at VIR North.
